Saying that the interface in this new software is excellent, maybe you could look at taking the data from some of the unidiag/kwp71 definition files and adding them into your program yani? Will unidiag do airbags?Unidiag does do some airbags - but not the stilo ones so KWP71 diag works on those. Join the unidiag group on yahoo (its been mentioned on here a few times). Merging the pins together shouldnt cause you problems as the control units attached to each pins have different addresses so you wont get conflicts when they are initialised. Dropping the FIFO buffers down to the minimum can help with connection issues, it in the driver properties for the virtual com port in device manager.
